About Me

Picture
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University and followed that education by working as a case manager in a residential center for adults with severe mental illness.

Over the subsequent years, I completed a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Psychology.  I received additional training and experience working with victims of domestic violence in both individual and group therapy settings.

I have been working in private practice exclusively for the last 10+ years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.  I focus my work with adults and couples experiencing a range of relational and mental health challenges.  I transitioned  out of a physical office space during COVID and I am currently conducting all sessions via video.

“I like flaws and feel more comfortable around people who have them. I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions.”
